Be a Friend

Set up a regular donation and become a Friend of The Hamlet

"I make a regular gift because it allows The Hamlet to have a dependable income which, in the present times of local government cut backs, will become increasingly important. So, please, if you don't give regularly, now is the time to start. Hundreds of regular donations will help make The Hamlet secure and better able to plan for the future."  (Friend of The Hamlet, 2016)

We rely on voluntary donations to support the services we offer and regular giving provides us with a reliable source of income that we can direct to where it is most needed. Your monthly donations allow us to plan ahead more effectively, ensuring that we can continue to offer the best care and support for our families.

With our regular giving scheme, Friends of The Hamlet, you can set up regular payments via TotalGiving at an amount that suits you.

In return for your generosity you will receive communications, information about events and an exclusive Hamlet pin badge as a thank you for your continued support. To become a friend please remember to fill in all the details on our TotalGiving page and send us a message telling us that you would like to become a Friend of The Hamlet.

Read about the difference regular donations have made to The Hamlet and to one family who have benefited from The Hamlet's support.

Gift Aid

Please remember to confirm whether you would like The Hamlet to claim Gift Aid on this donation and any past or future donations you make. This could enable us to claim an additional 25p for every £1 you donate with no extra cost to you.

Please note:

  • You must be a UK taxpayer
  • You must pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for each year (6 April to 5 April) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that all the charities or Community Amateur Sports Clubs that you donate to will reclaim on your gifts for that tax year.
