COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

This web-page is to provide our staff, volunteers, families, carers and visitors with the information on how The Hamlet has acted in relation to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic. We are running as near to normal services as possible while staying within the government and local authority guidance.

ADULT SERVICE

Ella Road Adult Day Service

 Adult Day Services has resumed services. We are running from two centres. This is to ensure we are able to maintain social distancing and offer a service to as many of our students as is safe. We are constantly reviewing the service in line with government advice.  

Out of Hours Club

Out of Hours Saturday Club has resumed service. Virtual evening clubs will continue to run using Zoom.

Pre-school

The Pre-school continues to remain open following government guidance. 

Shortbreaks

The short breaks sessions have returned to our usual numbers of children/young people per session. We continue to  work closely with Norfolk County Council's Short breaks team and follow the government guidance.

FAMILY SUPPORT

Our staff are available to support  families, students and members with a variety of issues/concerns. We are working closely with Norfolk County Council to ensure that our most vulnerable families have support at this difficult time.
