Monday Rainbows with Maxine

Maxine will be supplying us with sensory themed activities to do at home with any sensory seeking lovers and plans to make them rainbow themed!

Every Tuesday Emma from Adult Centre and keen gardener, will be giving us top tips for keeping active and busy in the garden throughout this lock down period.

Mencap TV has been co-created with people with a learning disability in response to the current coronavirus outbreak. It is a collection of fun and instructional short videos released daily for the 1.5 million people at home, many of which, have lost access to support and services.
