Take on the Three Peaks for The Hamlet
The National Three Peaks Challenge is the UK’s most popular mountain challenge. It involves climbing Ben Nevis in Scotland (1345 metres), Scafell Pike in England (978 metres) and Snowdon in Wales (1085 metres), usually within 24 hours. Each mountain is climbed in turn, with around 460 miles of driving to complete the challenge. As an alternative, the Challenge is also often undertaken over a period of 3 days. You can take part in an organised challenge or you can organise your own challenge. We can give you details of organisations that can supply information to help you with your climb. As with any challenge of this kind, please ensure you plan, train and safety is your first priority. Contact us for further information.
If sport isn't your thing...
'Come Dine for The Hamlet' Host a dinner party for your friends. Instead of scoring with points, score with donations (we suggest a minimum of £10 per person for the host's hard work!)
Hold a bake sale or coffee morning and invite donations.
If you have a special occasion coming up, such as a birthday or anniversary, register for The Hamlet Celebration Donation. Instead of gifts, invite your friends to donate to The Hamlet.
