The film will be a chance for all children, adults, staff and families to celebrate together who we are and what we do at The Hamlet.
Pauline Morgan, Chief Executive for the charity said, "I am so SO excited about this! What a wonderful lead up to Christmas. It's going to be magical."
The filming day is scheduled for November 10th with a launch date of December 1st in time for Christmas.
Local choir Norwich Harmony Chorus are already rehearsing the song and volunteering their time to support with the singing and the children, students and members at The Hamlet, are beginning to learn the song and signs in preparation for the date of filming.
We are lucky to be able to have local film company Verity Pictures produce the film. Vaineta Keraityte film producer for the company said, "This will be the third occasion that I have been fortunate enough to work with The Hamlet. It's such a worthwhile charity close to my heart and I cannot wait to start this project with them." Verity Pictures also produced a film about our preschool; a touching film about one of our families at The Hamlet. If you haven't see it already it's a must.
Marketing and Communications Lead Matt Garlinge said: "We need at least 50 people to take part in what will be one of our biggest whole Hamlet events ever. It will be wonderful to have families, staff and volunteers from across the charity in one room together for the whole day. I can't wait to be part of it!"
When are we filming?
Sunday 10th November 2019. Timings will be confirmed nearer the date but we need you to let us now if you want to take part so we can plan the day! Please book out the whole day! We really hope you can join us.
