In March 2016, we asked our Short Break families to complete a short survey about our new system for booking Short Break Playschemes.
We did this so that we could find out your thoughts about this new system and how it is working for you. We thank all those families who were able to take the time to do this. Your suggestions and feedback are invaluable to the way we develop our service. We were really pleased to find that generally people are really positive about the new booking process.

Over the past twelve months, we have been working on improving the way in which parents and carers book Short Breaks for their children with disabilities at The Hamlet. Demand for Short Breaks is high and we have limited availability. We know that time is precious and we want to make the system as simple as possible, but also need to ensure that we make it as fair as we can. The telephone booking system has reduced the paperwork involved and has enabled parents to know immediately about dates and availability. We continue to welcome your feedback on the system and suggestions to make it even better! Thank you.
