Go Matt! Castle to Castle Challenge

Matt Nobbs takes supports The Hamlet in 425 mile cycle ride despite ankle injury earlier this year and hip op in December! Go Matt!
The Castle to Castle Challenge
The 'Castle to Castle cycling challenge takes place over five days in from 13th - 17th August. The team will cycle 425 miles from Norwich Castle to Edinburgh Castle, in an attempt to raise as much money as possible for six different charities. The team consists of six friends who met at school. For a couple of the team, cycling is part of our everyday life. But for the most, it means trying something new. They want to prove that no matter what stands in your way – whether that’s ability, health or simply just having the time – you can achieve anything if you dedicate yourself and train hard enough.
Matthew Hobbs, has chosen to raise money for The Hamlet. He says:
"I underwent ankle surgery this year and will have an operation on my hip in late December, so what better way to get active again than a lovely leisurely ride! I have never completed something on this scale before but I am excited for the challenge with a great bunch of lads. I am raising money for The Hamlet who provide recreational, educational and social opportunities for children and adults with profound disabilities and complex health issues."
Visit Matthews's just giving page should you wish to donate! Good luck Matt and mates. Thank you for supporting us!
