The Hamlet were thrilled to be part of Norfolk Disability Pride! The event celebrated disabled people and the diversity of our community in Norfolk. There was live music and song performances to enjoy as well as a range of exhibitions, activities and information provided by scores of stall holders. The Hamlet had their own stall with staff members Sarah and Jae representing the charity. Our sensory based activities including: sensory tray, accessible sensory umbrella and sound beam, were a real hit with the general public.
Sarah commented: "The event today went really well, we had lots of interest in our services. We also got a chance to meet lots of other organisations and exchange information. The atmosphere was brilliant and we even got to meet with the Mayor and Lady Mayoress!"
