Happy Friday everyone!

It's bake off time!

This week we are making jam tarts.

I have still not found any flour in the shops but I managed to find some pre-made pastry.

We rolled out the pastry and cut rounds out using a pint glass as we did not have a pastry cutters big enough. We then put the pastry rounds into a greased muffin tin and fill with jam.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c for 10-15 min

We topped ours with fresh cream and fruit for an amazing indulgent pud! YUM!
