Hello everyone! Hope you are all well and keeping safe. This week I have made peanut butter and chia chocolate cookies. I love this recipe - super easy, yummy and thought to be better for your indigestion than a regular cookie.
Being at home we are all sitting around more. This weeks recipe is a cookie bringing the benefits of Chia to help the body wash those constipation blues away and help the mind with the feel good factor of a bit of chocolate!
