Using your experience as a manager and skill in finance, your work will make a difference every day to the lives of our families by being central to everything that the charity does.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for the development, planning, operation and accountability of all the charity’s financial systems and the provision of financial management information as well overseeing the development of the fundraising team. You will line manage the finance and fundraising team including the marketing and communication lead. You will work closely with the Chief Executive in ensuring we maximise ways to generate income. You will also drive value for money across the organisation and seek more efficient ways of working. You will develop long-term vision and action planning to achieve significant positive impact on financial management across the organisation. As a member of the senior management team, the post-holder will contribute to the development and delivery of the charity’s development plan through your budget and financial planning. You will be highly organised and a team player who wishes to be part of a charity working to support children and adults with disabilities and complex health needs.
Hours: 36 hours a week
Salary: Circa £35000 + benefits (pay subject to approval by the board of trustees)
