You will provide IT support to all Hamlet staff, volunteers and trustees, working independently to resolve day to day IT issues at The Hamlet, whilst working with The Hamlet’s IT Consultant and CEO on larger projects where necessary. No two days are the same and as well as using your knowledge you will be supporting our amazing charity.

COVID 19 Measures

Base: The Hamlet Head Office, Johnson Place, Norwich
Hours: 15 hours per week, 9am-12pm Monday-Friday
Rate of pay: £19,094.40 pro rata per annum (£7,956.00 per annum), rising to £20,030.40 pro rata per annum (£8,346.00 per annum) on the completion of a successful probationary period.
Closing date: midday on Friday 18th June

Purpose and Scope of the Role
The IT Coordinator provides practical help and solutions for all staff and volunteers at The Hamlet to ensure that we can do our work smoothly and efficiently every day. The job holder also undertakes IT and Data related work to ensure that we are GDPR compliant in every area and meet all our legal requirements.
