Training Coordinator

We are looking to recruit a training coordinator to support the work of developing training section of The Hamlet. We need someone with excellent organisational skills who is competent in using Office. You must be able to work on your own initiative and be a very good communicator who can work in a small team. 25 hours per week. The role will need to cover 5 hours a day Monday to Friday but there will be some flexibility over times. This role is not suitable for a job share.

The job holder will co-ordinate a programme of training, delivered in house and from commissioned services in liaison with managers. The job holder will be responsible for the coordinating and administration of the training both internal and external and the internal quality assurance system. The post requires an experienced coordinator who can work independently and effectively manage their time.

 

Salary: £16862.94         

Hours: 25 Hours (Monday to Friday) 

Location: St Leonards Road, Norwich, NR1 4JN

 

The successful candidate will:

·         Have at least 3 years’ experience of working in a lead administrator / coordinator  role

·         Have a Business Support / Administration NVQ level 2 or equivalent (desirable)

·         Have experience of working in a training environment (desirable)

·         Be able to work some irregular hours including weekends on occasions

·         Have access to a car

 

The job is subject to suitable references and a DBS check.
