Pauline is the Chief Executive with overall responsibility for leading the organisation. This includes financial and strategic management and an overview of service provision and development, ensuring we move to meet the changing needs of families in Norfolk who have a child or adult with a disability.
Head Office St. Leonards Road
Lead by Claire, the staff at head office are integral to the day to day operations of our Children and Young Adult centres. At St. Leonards Road you will be met with a smiling team of fantastic staff helping to manage and support human resources, finance, training and administration.
Adult Centre Ella Road
Lorraine is our adult services manager. She leads a team of nearly 40 staff, managers, team leaders, care and activity organisers and support workers working to provide a range of services to support the needs of adults from 16 years at our day centre at Ella Road and the Out of Hours Club. Lorraine oversees the day to day operational work and developments and ensures that the service reflects the individual needs of over 100 young people using our services. Her team are some of the most dedicated and caring individuals you could meet, all vital and integral to making a huge difference to the young people they support.
Children Centre Johnson Place
Emily is the children's services manager and has responsibility for The Hive, Short Breaks, Early Years and Little Bee sessions. Emily leads a team of over 50 staff, Lead Practitioners, Early Years Practitioners, Support Workers and volunteers. From the pre-school to the Youth Club, each day's activities are managed by her fantastic and enthusiastic team. Over 350 families use the children's service each year.
