Adults' Service 18 years +
“Incredible staff, amazing activities on offer, very organised and extremely well trained and qualified.” – Laura, Mum
Our activities are fun, age-appropriate and often ambitious. Our ambition is to support our children and the young people we support to be able to do more, grow in confidence and reach their full potential. We try to promote independence and self-help as much as possible, listening and personalising their experience to their individual needs.
We have a strong track record of helping teenagers transition into adulthood.

The individuals we support have various abilities to communicate, relate to, and access their world. We use assistive technology to support, change or modify an individual's ability to succeed at tasks that they otherwise may not be able to accomplish. We are committed to promoting greater independence through access to various technologies, exploring choice and opportunities and allowing individuals to communicate in their own way.
We pride ourselves on promoting Intensive Interaction. This is a way of teaching communication skills to young people who have autism and profound and multiple learning difficulties. This approach uses the students' own language to communicate rather than expecting them to learn ours immediately.
For students with higher levels of need, we will provide an individual timetable, balancing one-to-one support and group work to enable them to progress.

For anyone over 16, we offer a vibrant and varied programme which often takes place out in the community. It is an opportunity to meet friends and socialise in the evening and weekends, whilst enjoying activities such as eating out, bowling, visiting local attractions and more.
Additionally, we also offer a regular Saturday Club with lots of fun themed activities, such as cooking, craft activities, use of our sensory room, animal visits and so much more.
People with complex disabilities are often marginalised and it’s assumed that they cannot participate or would not be interested in certain activities. Our Out of Hours Club demonstrates our passion for inclusion and empowering service users to live their life without limits. Our attendees nurture friendships, increase their confidence and socialise in a fun, safe environment.
