Working within the team you will support individuals with their personal care needs and postural support.
Do you understanding the importance for Hamlet Users to be given choice, enable independence , to be involved, to have fun and socialise, to gain have new experiences and be given opportunities?
Do you have the ability to communicate with a wide range of people of differing abilities?

Part Time, 20 hours per week (Monday - Friday 11:00am - 3:00pm)
Rate of pay:
Starting hourly rate: £12.21 raising to £12.71 from April
Interview date: To be arranged with those shortlisted.
Purpose and Scope of the Role
You will work in our Marion Road Day Service. The Hamlet Adult Services provide support to young adults with disabilities and complex health needs through a wide range of individual and group activities. The post holder will work as part of a team to support Hamlet Users with their specific needs/activities. We aim to ensure that Hamlet Users, whatever their ability, can take as full as a part as possible in all activities.
Supporting our Safeguarding Commitment:
You will be required to hold a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check and have supplied at least 2 satisfactory references before starting work. Any conviction or adverse report relating to care, children, vulnerable adults, or dishonesty would make a candidate unsuitable for this role.
