Thankyou St Raphael Club!
Last week, we welcomed some members of The St Raphael Club to The Hamlet to unveil a plaque at our Children’s Centre, to recognise the role that the St Raphael Club has played in supporting people with disabilities in Norfolk.
For years, The Hamlet and St Raphael Club have shared the centre, but after almost 80 years, the St Raphael Club have had their final meeting.
Ellie, CEO said “We were delighted to host a celebration of the friendship between The Hamlet and the St. Raphael Club and the transfer of our premises at Johnson Place into The Hamlet’s full ownership. We were particularly pleased to be able to spend time reminiscing with the St. Raphael Club members and reflect on the work done by the charity over nearly 80 years. We are committed to continuing to use the building to provide vital services supporting the disabled community in Norfolk”
