Adult Services - Support Worker

Full Time, 36 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm and Wednesday 8:30am - 5:00pm)

Rate of pay: 
Starting Annual Salary for Full Time (36 hours, pro-rated for part time employees): £21,414.68
Starting hourly rate: £11.44

Purpose and Scope of the Role

The Hamlet Adult Services provide support to young adults with disabilities and complex health needs through a wide range of individual and group activities at Ella Road and within the community. The post holder will work on a one-to-one basis with Hamlet Users and their specific needs / activities as well as supporting in a group setting. We aim to ensure that Hamlet Users, whatever their ability, can take as full a part as possible in their chosen activities.

Supporting our Safeguarding Commitment:

You will be required to hold a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check and have supplied at least 2 satisfactory references before starting work. Any conviction or adverse report relating to care, children, vulnerable adults, or dishonesty would make a candidate unsuitable for this role.
